2022 Was A Great Year for Production in MA!
Let's take a look back at what we accomplished together!
We are proud to be a part of the film industry's growth in Massachusetts.
Congratulations to everyone who worked on the many feature films, indie projects, episodic series, and national advertising campaigns that came to our state in 2022.
We had the opportunity to work with many of you over the last 12 months and the pleasure was all ours.
This year we had many projects come through our sound stages, light and grip department, and production offices. If you'd like to learn about some of these productions, take a look below.

BOSTON STRANGLER

The year began with Kiera Knightly sitings as the true-crime drama, Boston Strangler, filmed in Boston and at our sound stages. The movie follows the story of reporters Loretta McLaughlin, who broke the Boston Strangler story, and Jean Cole (played by Kiera Knightly and Carrie Coon, respectively). The film, written and directed by Matt Ruskin, is slated for release in 2023. |
THE PARENTING
The Parenting filmed in our sound stages. It boasts a great cast, starring Parker Posey, Brian Cox, and Lisa Kudrow. It's directed by Craig Johnson. The film tells the story of a couple who rent a countryside house for a weekend with their parents...only to discover it's inhabited by a 400-year-old poltergeist!

PINK DREAMS, STARRING ZENDAYA: VALENTINO PINK PP COLLECTION
Valentino's team filmed two-time Emmy winner, Zendaya at our studios for a new campaign video titled "Pink Dreams". The video features Zendaya in "the vibrant, monochromatic world" to promote Valentino's Pink PP Collection. Their campaign is beautiful and worth taking a scroll through social media to check out. Cinematography by Marcell Rév.

AFTERMATH
Aftermath is about a young woman who wakes up in the middle of the forest without any memory. According to IMDB: "She's targeted by mysterious strangers with a motive as unclear as her way back home." We provided Electric work for Aftermath while it filmed in MA.

FINESTKIND
We provided grip work to Finestkind while it was filmed in MA this year. The movie stars Jenn Ortega, Ben Foster, and Tommy Lee Jones and is written and directed by Brian Helgeland. It's the story of two brothers who get pulled into a deal with an organized crime syndicate in Boston. You can check out the great Behind the Scenes images of this production on Instagram!
